Civil Defence (NSCDC) Recruitment Form 2020/2021 — Requirements & How To Apply

2020/2021 Civil Defence Recruitment Form is finally out!

The 2020/2021 Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps have recently released their recruitment form.

Interested applicants can now apply for different positions and cadre.

The civil defence just like any other paramilitary have criteria, requirements and due protocols which must be met before recruitment.

This site will show you all what civil defence requires and how to apply for a job position with ease.

The different positions (cadre 11)  in the civil defence.

1. Chief supretendent of civil defence — cadre 11 (Professional).

This position is for Doctors and they start from level 11 unlike cadre 8 and others.

It requires B.med from a recognised institution and an internship certificate from a Certified hospital.

2. Cadre 8 — supretendent of civil defence

For this position, applicant must have a minimum of Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)/ Bachelor of Art (B. A)/ Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) from a recognised university.

3. Cadre 8 — inspectorate of civil defence

This position is opened to applicants who have a minimum of Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) from a recognised Polytechnic.

Though, the salary range is the same with supretendent, but supretendent has more authority than inspectorate.

4. Level 6 — junior inspectorate of civil defence.

People who at least, have an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) are elligible for this position.

5. Level 5 (cadre 5) —

One can attain this position with WAEC/GCE/NABTEB/NECO but with at least 5 credits in not more than 2 exam sittings.

6. Level 3-4 (cadre 3&4)

Level 3 & 4 in the civil defence are for people who have only first school leaving certificate from a recognised primary school.

7. Level 1 & 2

This is the least level in the civil defence work division. Anyone can fill for this position as no educational qualification is needed.

ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

Applicants MUST;

Be a citizen of Nigeria and have a national identification card. The identification number will be needed while filling the registeration form.

Posess a minimum of WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/GCE to be elligible for cadre 5 position and above.

Be between the ages of 20-30 years of age.

Have a height of at least up to 1.68 for males and 1.62 for females.

Create an account with a valid email because this email will be used to notify you of any recent update from the website.

Verify the email in other for it to be ale to gain access or login.

Fill the form online.

Uploads relevant documents including your passport photograph where they are necessary.

Submit the form online.

Note;  the NSCDC recruitment form is free, applicants are warned to be careful of scammers or fraud.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All documents which were filled online shall be brought for screening exercise.

Make sure that the names you filled on the online are names which are valid in your other documents.

As at the time when this article was written, the NSCDC recruitment form was not yet out.
