UNICAL cut off marks 2020/2021. University of Calabar cut off marks for the 2020/2021 academic session is out.

The management of UNICAL have released cut off marks that will be used for this year’s admission.

You will also see Jamb cut off marks  for UNICAL courses.

Cut off marks are usually set every year during admission screening. This is to enable the school select candidates with best results.

JAMB Cut Off Mark for UNICAL 2020

Every year, Jamb set fixed cut off marks for all institutions. UNICAL is a federal University located in Cross Rivers State.

The approved Jamb cut off for UNICAL is 180. You are eligible to apply for UNICAL post UTME form if you score 180 or above in the unified tertiary matriculation examination (UTME).

Candidates who did not meet this minim point can apply for JAMB change of institution.

UNICAL Departmental Cut Off Marks / Points

Students seeking for admission should also take note of UNICAL courses and their various departmental cut off points.

Competitive courses requires higher cut off while less competitive courses / departments do not need high cut off marks.

The following courses / departments will get their cut off marks up to 200 or above.

Nursing, medical and surgery, engineering, pharmacy, political science, mass communication, microbiology, Biochemistry, medlab etc.


Courses / Departments which do not require high marks includes;

Physics, geology, geography, accounting, business administration, banking and finance, education etc.
