IMO State University admission cut off mark 2020. The management of IMSU have released the approved cut off mark for the 2020/2021 academic session. Candidates who applied for admission into the institution should read this article to see various Departmental cut off points in IMSU.
Cut off mark is the minimum score every candidate must obtained before being considered for admission. However, there are two required cut off marks / points. This includes;
- JAMB / UTME cut off mark
- Departmental cut off mark
- The departmental cut off mark is also known as cut off point
However, it is important to note that cut off mark is not the only eligibility criteria for admission into any university. There are other requirements such as, O’level, A’level, JAMB subjects combinations etc.

IMSU JAMB Cut Off Mark
This is the fixed cut off point set by JAMB (Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board). This will only make you eligible to buy IMSU Putme form.
Furthermore, only candidates that score up to IMSU UTME (Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination) cut off point will be allowed to purchase and process the form.
Note: Do not apply for IMSU Post-UTME screening if you did not meet their JAMB requirements
What Is IMSU JAMB UTME Cut Off Mark?
IMSU cut off mark for JAMB is 180. This means that any candidate who score 180 marks or above in UTME is eligible to by the post unified tertiary matriculation examination form.
IMSU Departmental Cut Off Point / Mark
This is the fixed score set by various departments in the school. Departmental or Putme cut off marks will be used after the screening. As such, only those that meet both JAMB and Departmental cut off mark will be considered for admission into his / her department of choice.
