Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT is one of the state universities in Nigeria located in Enugu state. The university management board has released it’s admission list for 2020/2021 academic session.

ESUT 1st Admission List 2020/2021

Enugu state university of science and technology 1st admission list usually called the merit list because it is given based on merit. In other words, the 1st list contains names of students who got the courses they applied for.

However, one does not always get the course they apply for either because

  • They did not write the right jamb subjects.
  • The candidate did not score up to the course cut off mark.

The second admission list is usually the second list to be released after the first list. So, if you check your name on the first list and you do not see it, check the second list.

ESUT Supplementary Admission List 2020/2021

Sometimes, this list comes as third list or the fourth list. However, it depends on the names of students who have been found qualified and are yet to be shortlisted.

Meanwhile, the list contains names of students who have been offered admission by the school after running a pre-degree program. Sometimes, students will have to pick the supplementary form so they can be shortlisted in the supplementary list.

How To Check Your Name In The Admission List

You can either check your admission status using JAMB CAPS (JAMB admission status checking portal) or ESUT admission status checking portal.

Jamb Admission Status Checking Portal

  • Go to www.jamb.org.ng/e-facility
  • Enter your username and login password.
  • Then, click on check Admission status
  • After that, enter your jamb registration number.
  • Your admission status will be displayed.

If you have been offered admission , you will get a congratulatory message.

Else, you will get a message saying either “Admission in progress” OR No “Admission Offered yet“.

In the earlier message, you should wait and check back later. In the later case, “NO ADMISSION OFFERED YET” you should check in the next list.

How To Check Your Admission Status Using ESUT Admission Status Checking Portal

  • Go to www.esut.edu.ng
  • Then, click on check admission status
  • Enter your jamb registration number in the space provided for it.
  • Finally, submit the request and your admission status will be displayed.

If you get shortlisted, prepare for your clearance and make the necessary enquires from the school’s admin office.
